My previous insurance was going to… My previous insurance was going to charge me 2177.00. I called Patricia from Martin County Florida and she gave me a cheaper price. Patricia was from Northern Trust. When I received you bill it was around $1443 more than my previous insurance. I will be doing some shopping when this contract expires in 2021. Gary Pahel

The SLOW Response Peoples Trust Ins Co I filed a claim a few days after hurricane Ian hit SW Florida. After the initial acknowledgement of claim being filed there has been absolutely no contact from adjustor for well over a month to inspect the property or submitting information concerning claim. No response from adjustor assigned to claim, calls went unanswered and mailbox was full. An adjustor finally showed up, outa the blue, one morning. To his credit, the adjustor did do a comprehensive evaluation of all damages; took lots of notes, photos, etc.... and hopefully a fair evaluation of the claim will be processed. Fingers crossed!!!
