GBNo Explanation to doubling Premiums I recently acquired commercial vehicle insurance with Cover Whale. Paid required deposit, set up online payments, paid the first and second premiums. When preparing to pay the premium (due Jan 1st 2024), the online payment system displayed an amount that was double what I paid in the previous months. My Insurance Agent and I attempted to reach Cover Whale several times by phone between Dec 28th, 2023 and January 4th 2024 to request an explanation why the premium amount doubled and why neither Insurance Agency or myself were not notified. I sent an email several days ago requesting explanation. Cover Whale repsponded that they are would review and contact me. Fast forward... As of today, Jan. 25th, no one from Cover Whale has responded. The next premium is due Feb1st 2024. I understand there may have been issues with their software, and if that was the case, there still should be an explanation of the premium increase. Because of Cover Whale's lack of communication my business is at risk of being shut down in the near future!!!! Cover Whale lacks customer service and communication! Would not recommend!!!!!

GBHorrible Horrible, horrible, horrible! Please stay away from this unprofessional insurance company! Nobody knows anything. They don't care about insured , you will be overcharged monthly. The worst experience I ever had with an insurance company. Money collectors . The worst insurance company you can apply for!
