I WAS DUKED INTO GETTING A POLICY WITH… I WAS DUKED INTO GETTING A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY BY THE AGENT LIEING AND ALTERED MY COVERAGES IN ORDER TO GET ME A LOWER RATE TO SWITCH COMPANIES FROM PROGRESSIVE IT WAS AFTER I HAD AN ACCIDENT WHEN I FOUND OUT WHAT THE AGENT HAD DONE FILEING A LAWSUIT AGAINST COVERWHALE AND AGENT FOR FRAUD I DIDNT SIGN ANY WAVERS THE AGENT SAID HE DID DOCUSIGN ON MY BEHALF IT WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM THEY HAVE NO CONTACT INFORMATION AND ALL THEIR BUISSNESS IS HANDLED BY THIRD PARTIES THE AGENT SWITCHED MY COVERAGES FROM 1 MILLION TO 85K AND THEY HAVE YET AFTER ONE YEAR TO SEND MY ATTORNEY MY ACTUAL SIGNATURES TO THE FRAUD COMMITED AND THE AGENT WAS MY NEIBORHOOD HEROS ON MURPHY RD STAFFORD 77477 PRINCE MILES THE OWNER COMITED THE FRAUD

One of the worst and disgusting… One of the worst and disgusting insurance company I have ever seen in my 17 years trucking carrier and this companies agent are worse than this company. They are so disgusting they don’t even help you, I canceled this insurance and try to get my refund back from last 3 months and they are not answering my phone calls, they’re not giving me my refund. I have no idea what else I should do to reach out these peoples and this company’s agents. I strongly recommended trucking companies out there do not use this company because this company only wants a business from you and once the business is done they don’t give a damn to you because they are only interested on their percentage they are making and the money they are making when you signing up with them but you guys have no idea what are you gonna deal in the future after signing up this insurance company so stay away from this company and the agents specially, sitting in Fort Worth, TX American Fleet agency they are the one of the disgusting agency I have ever met, they never ever help me for anything. All they help me is just when I sign up and they are making a money and that’s it, the day I cancel the insurance they told me we cannot help you, you have to deal with your refund.
