If you are thinking of saving a few… If you are thinking of saving a few hundred dollars by paying an unknown company like “Bamboo” then you are in for the biggest mistake of your life. Things happen for a reason, so don’t make that mistake. There are a lot of things you can learn, either by someone telling you and educating you for free, or in a tough way by getting into a situation where you expect help but end up paying an extra cost. In my experience with "Bamboo", filing a claim with them will result in two things: firstly, your claim is denied, and secondly, your claim is lower than the detectable amount. In both cases, you will receive nothing from them and will lose your home. You think you are covered by insurance, but you are not. Just a few hundreds more and you will be covered by a well-known company and you will have the peace of mind that if something happens to you or to your property, you will be covered. Please take my advice. I have been hit by this company twice and the first thing I will do is cancel my policy with BS company.

WORST OF THE WORST! WORST OF THE WORST!! I HAVE A GAS LEAK with 4 DAYS NOW WITHOUT GAS IN FEAR OF FIRE AND THIUS COMPANY HAS DONE NOTHING!!! YOU HAVE NO ONE TO CONTACT AND NO ONE CARES, SO I ASSUME THIS IS THE CHEAPEST AND DIRTIEST OF THEM ALL!!! I AM GETTING SCAM CALLS AND ALL THESE OTHER COMPANIES CALLING IN REGARD OF MY CLAIM, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY WITH SCAMMERS LIKE SHANNON LEMON WHO CLEARLY DOES CARE ABOUT HER JOB OR CUSTOMERS!!! BE AWARE!!
