Not Customer Friendly - Hold up at the high prepay corral! Difficult to get approval, you are not in the construction industry and do not understand construction equipment financing. Your prepay penalties are terrible. You have high interest rates that the customer must pay dearly to get out of. I would never recommend you to anybody for any type of financing.

Stay away! Hidden fees that are not clearly articulated. Delays in confirming the start of the loan resulting in outrageous pre-funding fees.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Paid off our commercial vehicle this morning. 3% charge on outstanding balance and $250.00 pre payment penalty. $1,000.00 in additional fees for being a great customer. Thanks, but we wont be using you again.

this company does nothing but spam… this company does nothing but spam people. I keep getting emails from them despite numerous requests to stop contact. I have no need or interest in their services. nor did i sign up for their e-mails in the first place. Legally in Canada they are required to have an unsubscribe option in their email marketing and they do not. Don't contact this company unless you want to be spammed. 01/02/2021 received an e-mail from [email protected] subject "Hyundai WIA Financial Services - February 2021's Finance Promotion" with no unsubscribe link, and employee has not replied to multiple emails where I have asked to stop being emailed. Signature: "Ty Willis Business Development Manager Industrial Division" Not good business development.
