I am the owner of a trucking company I am the owner of a trucking company, I have loans from other banks but the worst bank is this one, there is a grace period of 5 days and they also charge 15 dollars, on top of it,the payment goes on the 1st day of month and the manager of the bank is RIto Ortiz charges a late fee on the 5th which means the grace period is only 4 days, the entire staff is rude they don’t know how to speak with respect,This is a bank of thieves

Customers should be more informed of…Better communication!!! Customers should be more informed of the long time lapse between account payoff and the documents that they receive to put the titled equipment they need to put road equipment to work. Better communication by Zach, specifically. Make customers aware that down payment and payoff must be made with funds transfer or cashier's check to avoid a 21 day hold on the process and transaction.21 days of down time may not be an issue with large companies,but to individual owner/operation

Butthurt if paid off early! Getting the loan is great. Quick. Fairly easy process. BUT, after paying a loan off early, ENGS is a pain trying to get the title of the paid off equipment. I'll be using different lenders just because of this. I usually sell my equipment when it's still worth some money, not wore out. I was under investigation due to this timeframe. If ENGS has the money, release the damn title.

Incorrect terms communicated While the care agent explained how the over-payment was being applied, she was the one who was the first one to state that we could NOT pay our loan off early. This made me very upset as when talking with the rep who put our loan together, my husband and I made it VERY clear that we wanted to be able to make over-payments to be able to pay the loan off early if we could and he NEVER once indicated that wasn't an option.
