GBI had switched to a Medicare Advantage… I had switched to a Medicare Advantage Cigna plan through their company. It turns out that Cigna is an HMO, not a PPO. So I called them back to possibly line up a separate dental PPO with a different company as a supplemental. "Naiya" highly recommended the "Humana Plus" program to meet my dental needs. After doing research, I found out that for the first year in this program, I would have paid over $1,700 for the first year for a cleaning with xrays and one crown without the buildup included and nothing else. My current Cigna plan can do all of the above work for only $490. How could they possibly, in good conscience, recommend such a ripoff to a senior? To me, this is medical insurance malpractice. I will never use this company again. Attention to all seniors: Do your homework before you sign up for any insurance with this company! I guess since they did not present any other PPO dental plans that I would just agree to being ripped off by "Humana Plus" plan?

GBI have been trying for days I have been trying for days, during their posted business hours, to reach an associate. I need to cancel our policy and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, always a recording. Their customer service is horrible. They continue to take my money and won’t answer the phone! How am I supposed to cancel this?

GBWon’t stop calling me even after request. I have asked them to stop calling (harassing) me. I feel their advertising was bait and switch. I block their phone number then they call from another one over and over again.
