USI have called and emailed multiple… I have called and emailed multiple times. My dealership has been reaching out to them for months. No one will return an email, fax, or phone call. I would rather have my money back and pay for the repairs than continue wait for this unreliable company to reach out to a paying customer in need of help.

USStay away from Titan Auto Warranty Stay away from Titan auto warranty. They won't honor their warranty. I purchased the 10 year 100 thousand mile warranty with the provision I may cancel and receive a refund. You can't talk to any department other than sales. I emailed the requested picture of the odometer and even sent an invoice from a reputable tire company whom I had rotate my tires, the invoice had the mileage on it. An anonymous Titan person emailed me back that they had all the information and it will be 30 days for the refund to be processed. It has been 3 months now. No one returns calls and my emails go unanswered. If you are like me and the others who have been ripped off by this sham company, report them to the BBB, the Office of State Insurance(NM), Attorney Generals office (NM), and the FTC. The positive reviews I believe to be planted. Buyer Beware!

USWhat customer service Huge debit to my account and nobody can even pick up the phone and call me back after 5 hours. And all I get is a German Eric text that says nothing . But When your payment's supposed to be 74.20 and they debit 1200.00 I think I deserve a call.

USShould you get one? Well, I've read the reviews and the problems. was offered this today at the dealership we bought from. I loved the fact that they give the price "per day" for coverage so I did the math (they are counting on the fact that you won't or can't) the $3750 contact over the course f the loan would cost around $5800 depending on the interest rate. Just LOVE the fact that they give it to you as "cost per day". That alone made me question their ethics. But, then I thought about it, they sell used cars. they may not have any ethics. Take the $2.12 dollars a day and put it in an online savings account that pays 4-5% interest and in 72 months you will have over $5000 to spend on repairs, or more likely on vacation.
