I bought an extended warranty and 6 months later I sold the vehicle and here it is 30 days after I requested a refund of the unused portion of the 4 year warranty and they are still playing games. Well their game playing is over . I will contact New Mexico AG office and let them handle it. Everything they have requested I have provided. Anyway what difference does it make to whom I sold it to and how many miles were on it, Just a delay tactic. They said according to contract it takes 30 days for refund. Nope Nope Nope. Show me where it states that. Theses people are very much the scum of the earth.

GBLife saver Very helpful after Quality Chevy in Escondido back out of selling me another extended warranty after agreeing to. Found this company online, told them my situation and they bent over backwards to help. Purchase was great we will have to see when and if I need to use it. Price was great and they work with all major car manufacturers

GBWhat customer service Huge debit to my account and nobody can even pick up the phone and call me back after 5 hours. And all I get is a German Eric text that says nothing . But When your payment's supposed to be 74.20 and they debit 1200.00 I think I deserve a call.

GBSCAMMER COMPANY I bought policy from them last year and they have been responding until the day I had to file a claim. The day my repair shop sent them estimate, no one is answering the calls not even responding to emails and infact emails are bouncing back after i left car at the repair shop. I have paid for powertrain plus and costed me around 3100. Scott was the agent who sold me. They are fooling us by taking our hard-earned money, I have full proof for their response, names used, text msgs from the number mentioned on the website. If given negative stars I will get their faces graffiti, they are scamming luring our hard-earned money. I will be emailing all the details with screen shots of email sent by them with text msgs response and bounced back emails, call records to AG NM, they can't deny I don't hold policy with them as they have replied already how to file for claims. Infact my repair shop is also proof they have replied

When I notified Titan Auto about my car problem, they said the problem would be covered and they worked with the Service Manager at the Ford Dealership. The rep in claims was very professional and helpful. My Ford was repaired and serviced and I am very pleased with my experience.
