GBSCAM SCAM. FRAUD. Am trying to get repair done right now and no one to talk to other than answering service who says they know nothing and will pass on message. No one ever calls back and no one responds to emails. Have submitted everything to them as contract says and they will not communicate, hence my vehicle is sitting at service center not being worked on.... this place should be out of business as they are stealing premiums from customers.... don't expect to be able to use the warranty when the day comes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

GBStay far away from this company Stay far away from this company. You can't even speak with a live person and they give you a run around constantly, you can only email and they have a call center. Horrible customer service, the sales person convince you to purchase the highest coverage and then they don't cover anything and leave you stranded,no offer of a rental car,which clearly states they do. Horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to this company. I have never experienced such horrible treatment before the only reason why I gave them a try is because my previous company warranty was expiring and they were phenomenal and actually have a 24 hour claim service that you can call and speak to a human being. My claims were approved within 48 hours of submitting it,no issues,easy process. I truly will go back to them for my next vehicle.

GBI have called and emailed multiple… I have called and emailed multiple times. My dealership has been reaching out to them for months. No one will return an email, fax, or phone call. I would rather have my money back and pay for the repairs than continue wait for this unreliable company to reach out to a paying customer in need of help.
