When I notified Titan Auto about my car problem, they said the problem would be covered and they worked with the Service Manager at the Ford Dealership. The rep in claims was very professional and helpful. My Ford was repaired and serviced and I am very pleased with my experience.

GBUnresponsive scammers I have been waiting for the response from the email sent by the dealership for the claim. There is no response at for days. These are scammers and stay away from them.

GBLife saver Very helpful after Quality Chevy in Escondido back out of selling me another extended warranty after agreeing to. Found this company online, told them my situation and they bent over backwards to help. Purchase was great we will have to see when and if I need to use it.
