Stay far away from this company Stay far away from this company. You can't even speak with a live person and they give you a run around constantly, you can only email and they have a call center. Horrible customer service, the sales person convince you to purchase the highest coverage and then they don't cover anything and leave you stranded,no offer of a rental car,which clearly states they do. Horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to this company. I have never experienced such horrible treatment before the only reason why I gave them a try is because my previous company warranty was expiring and they were phenomenal and actually have a 24 hour claim service that you can call and speak to a human being. My claims were approved within 48 hours of submitting it,no issues,easy process. I truly will go back to them for my next vehicle.

I have gmc Seirson extended warranty… I have gmc Seira extended warranty with titan but you did not approve my Shavi van 2006 for extended warranty why ????

Life saver Very helpful after Quality Chevy in Escondido back out of selling me another extended warranty after agreeing to. Found this company online, told them my situation and they bent over backwards to help. Purchase was great we will have to see when and if I need to use it. Price was great and they work with all major car manufacturers

These guys are sleezy scam artists These guys are sleezy scam artists(just my opinion). First I notice none of there reviews are about settling claims just selling warranty insurance. They are not licensed to sell insurance either. I would encourage all of you to join me in contacting New Mexicos Attorney general for investigation into fraudulent business Practices. In the last 15 months my check engine lights came on 5 different time everyone of them denied. It appears that this company dosent even go by Titan auto warranty, infact they have had several names in the short 15 months that I have attempted to file 5 claims with them.

Stay away from Titan Auto Warranty Stay away from Titan auto warranty. They won't honor their warranty. I purchased the 10 year 100 thousand mile warranty with the provision I may cancel and receive a refund. You can't talk to any department other than sales. I emailed the requested picture of the odometer and even sent an invoice from a reputable tire company whom I had rotate my tires, the invoice had the mileage on it. An anonymous Titan person emailed me back that they had all the information and it will be 30 days for the refund to be processed. It has been 3 months now. No one returns calls and my emails go unanswered. If you are like me and the others who have been ripped off by this sham company, report them to the BBB, the Office of State Insurance(NM), Attorney Generals office (NM), and the FTC. The positive reviews I believe to be planted. Buyer Beware!
