Stay far away from this company Stay far away from this company. You can't even speak with a live person and they give you a run around constantly, you can only email and they have a call center. Horrible customer service, the sales person convince you to purchase the highest coverage and then they don't cover anything and leave you stranded,no offer of a rental car,which clearly states they do. Horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to this company. I have never experienced such horrible treatment before the only reason why I gave them a try is because my previous company warranty was expiring and they were phenomenal and actually have a 24 hour claim service that you can call and speak to a human being. My claims were approved within 48 hours of submitting it,no issues,easy process. I truly will go back to them for my next vehicle.

Should you get one? Well, I've read the reviews and the problems. was offered this today at the dealership we bought from. I loved the fact that they give the price "per day" for coverage so I did the math (they are counting on the fact that you won't or can't) the $3750 contact over the course f the loan would cost around $5800 depending on the interest rate. Just LOVE the fact that they give it to you as "cost per day". That alone made me question their ethics. But, then I thought about it, they sell used cars. they may not have any ethics. Take the $2.12 dollars a day and put it in an online savings account that pays 4-5% interest and in 72 months you will have over $5000 to spend on repairs, or more likely on vacation.

Initial Application and completion of process. Process is straight forward; the price is competitive and the Sales and Customer service were very helpful. This my initial purchase and have not had a claim.

SCAMMER COMPANY I bought policy from them last year and they have been responding until the day I had to file a claim. The day my repair shop sent them estimate, no one is answering the calls not even responding to emails and infact emails are bouncing back after i left car at the repair shop. I have paid for powertrain plus and costed me around 3100. Scott was the agent who sold me. They are fooling us by taking our hard-earned money, I have full proof for their response, names used, text msgs from the number mentioned on the website. If given negative stars I will get their faces graffiti, they are scamming luring our hard-earned money. I will be emailing all the details with screen shots of email sent by them with text msgs response and bounced back emails, call records to AG NM, they can't deny I don't hold policy with them as they have replied already how to file for claims. Infact my repair shop is also proof they have replied

Life saver Very helpful after Quality Chevy in Escondido back out of selling me another extended warranty after agreeing to. Found this company online, told them my situation and they bent over backwards to help. Purchase was great we will have to see when and if I need to use it. Price was great and they work with all major car manufacturers
