Trade my car in sent for refund Oct 28… Trade my car in sent for refund Oct 28 2017 still no refund as of Aug.28 2018 this company just wants your money. So don't buy it.

Signed up for their top plan at $3,500 Signed up for their top plan at $3,500. Since I had a car that had a detailed electronic system they said all that would be cover, One year later I needed a repair for the emergency flashes, they said that was not covered. I cancelled my policy by the rules they requested. That was back in March 2018. They said they would refund my money. I spoke to them several times and said they would refund the money. Never received any money back. I contacted the "BBB" they contacted them, the company response was they would get the refund out to me very quickly. That was three months ago still nothing. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company, there is nothing they say or do that is to help the customer. Avoid at all cost

Everything was explained very well and… Everything was explained very well and thoroughly, our options and what everything would cost. The only question we really has was the company we were talking to just to make sure it's legit before giving out our debit card info.
