This is basically a scam This is basically a scam , where you buy a insurance and they wont reply on claims and if you file a case they will promise refund but they dont once you go to police they will cancel you refund as well,if you have faced same you can share your details on mymobileinsurancefraud @gmail.com, im fighting a case against this scammer, he have looted lot of victim.

Fraud company Fraud! Biggest Farud! This company is run by a group and not a corporate structure. They take money providing a very good upfront and play fraud. Once the money goes into their account, they don't care what happened to your appliance.

They havent sent any Policy documents / they will deny for refund On 15-01-2023 I searched for theft protection plan on web and came to notice they are offering it, I have purchased 3 Year Total Damage Theft Protection Plan for my Macbook Pro laptop, but they sent me 1year plan as an invoice after intimating they edited and sent me again for 3 years and sent a manually typed invoice. This will not happen in any other company, and I feel like I have been manipulated, I came to notice on google reviews after payment in which other customers also suffered the same consequence’s They haven’t send the policy documents till date, the Google review posts proves to be true when I asked for the refund from them or the policy documents. I have received a payment link from 9560352876 and contacted me from this number and unofficial mail Id: timesglobalassurance @gmail.com in which they sent me the invoice copy. I haven’t received any document from support @mymobileinsurance.com till date, On 15-01-2023 from 9560352876 number they messaged me that the refund will happen in 90 days after asking about refund, and on 17/01/2023 they sent a mail stating no refund will be issued. From ,official mail Id. They haven’t shared any policy document which states no refund policy during purchase in what’s app, and I haven't received any policy document terms and conditions as a pdf document from this mail support @ mymobileinsurance.com . They are sending it from an unofficial mail Id: timesglobalassurance @gmail.com , Till date I haven’t received any document or my refund , I don’t think this company exists . I prefer a refund . Their company address and billing address is totally different .

This is a completely **fraud company** (Times Global Insurance) This is a completely **fraud company**. Never goes for this. I have made a policy through them. I have lodged a complaint for damage to my Samsung Note 10 mobile’s screen. They asked me to send mobile to their address. How can one send mobile costing Rs 70000 to someone’s address for repairing. When I denied, they used abusing language (*It seems you are a habitual complainer*). They also told that the policy is cancelled and whole premium amount will be refunded within 7–10 days. Its more than 20 days and nothing is heard from them. They are also not responding to our emails. Whole of internet is full of their negative review Times Global Insurance Reviews | File a Complaint | Customer Service Contacts (consumercomplaints.in) They should simply reimburse the repairing amount, however they can impose conditions like repairing at authorised service centre of the company (Samsung in my case). How can they demand the phone. When asked for their credentials, they have not sent any of them (like licence, IRDA registration etc.)

Times Global Assurance is excellent and exceptional Times Global Assurance is excellent, very professional. They have always treated me with honour & respect. I gave them 5 stars but would of gladly gave then 6 or 7+. Times Global Insurance is FAST and very Pro-customer, always doing everything to make it right. No-one likes it when their items brake, but Times Global Insurance jumps right-in & does everything within their power to make things right. They stand behind their promise & quickly process the claim(with lighting speed). I warranty everything through Times Global Insurance & have never been disappointed with-them. They are Quick to respond, fast to process, very-fair in their determinations & they speedily make prompt payment-in-full. I love that they will keep the receipt on file so I don’t have to worry about losing-it or ever accidentally misplacing it.
