Fraud! Biggest Farud! This company is run by a group and not a corporate structure. They take money providing a very good upfront and play fraud. Once the money goes into their account, they don't care what happened to your appliance. Even if they pick up, they'll say that their home pick up service is not available at your location(wherever you are). I was in Bangalore. They said it was only available in Delhi. I one had work in Delhi. I brought the phone along with me. Then they said they had shifted their office and won't be available to pick up. They are basically fraud and they won't even return the amount that they say they will after the policy gets over.

No-one likes it when their items brake, but Times Global Insurance jumps right-in & does everything within their power to make things right. They stand behind their promise & quickly process the claim(with lighting speed). I warranty everything through Times Global Insurance & have never been disappointed with-them. They are Quick to respond, fast to process, very-fair in their determinations & they speedily make prompt payment-in-full. I love that they will keep the receipt on file so I don’t have to worry about losing-it or ever accidentally misplacing it.
