Fraud! Biggest Farud! This company is run by a group and not a corporate structure. They take money providing a very good upfront and play fraud. Once the money goes into their account, they don't care what happened to your appliance. Even if they pick up, they'll say that their home pick up service is not available at your location(wherever you are). I was in Bangalore. They said it was only available in Delhi. I one had work in Delhi. I brought the phone along with me. Then they said they had shifted their office and won't be available to pick up. They are basically fraud and they won't even return the amount that they say they will after the policy gets over.

Absolute Fraud! Please please verify before you buy, this company is fraud, its not slow, its extremely fast at selling since it is scam they will be lightening fast at selling you whichever policy you like, might negotiate the price too if they sense you have smelled the scam or are about to bunk. I repeat Do not buy anything from them! Your claim wont be slow it just wont be honoured, the logo on the website says everything it is low res cant read anything. This is one of those mobile phone scams you should absolutely steer clear of.

Fraud Company Piece of s*#t company, I have got the insurance in April and have not yet got any document from them, over that the representative was teaching me how to talk and call me an "Idiot", he also mentioned great words like "Maa Chood Doonga - I'll F*#k Your Mother" and when I was telling him that he cannot say this, he closed the call by saying and I quote, "Ab Phone Rakhoge Ke Gaali Khaoge - Will you keep the phone or would like to hear some curse/abusive words". Keep it up My Mobile Insurance. I sure as hell will not continue with you guys. Great Customer Service.
