American Integrity Insurance nothing… American Integrity Insurance nothing but legal Crooks! Just got my yearly renewal bill from them last year was $1,000 their new bill for 2018 coverage $1,667 that is over a 60% increase in one year. Never had a claim they left me with no choice but to shop around found Florida specialty insurance there quote was $800 and more and better coverage.

They violate privacy laws and put me in immediate danger by telling me to go request my stolen goods from the thief on the police report. It has been almost a year and they still will not pay for my claim.

I have no words to describe their lack of professionalism, i feel agravated but i wont stop, i will make sure every online portal hears about me and of course I am not going to renew my policy with this rippers.

A hailstorm hit our neighborhood in… A hailstorm hit our neighborhood in Leesburg, FL on March 27, 2019. I filed a claim, and they sent out a person from an engineering firm. Subsequently, American Integrity denied our claim by phone call from a secretary of the adjuster, who exclaimed that we had a "really good 30 year roof!" She was evidently reading from a script, or so it sounded. In the meantime, almost every home around us, in the dozens, are getting new roofs, except those insured by AI, and possibly one other company. I have signed with a roofing company to fight the claim for us.

Over 30 days after Hurricane Irma, still waiting for help....Update Update....I was contacted and received a settlement payment. My only complaint is the depreciation amount deducted from the payment to repair my home. Very disappointed with American Integrity Insurance Group. Hurricane Irma damaged my roof and my home over one month ago. The day after Irma hit I filed a claim. Over one month later, I am still waiting to get help for coverage that I paid for. Numerous calls and emails go without response. Neighbors with other homeowners insurance already having their claims settled and roofs repaired. Totally unacceptable!
