GBA hailstorm hit our neighborhood in… A hailstorm hit our neighborhood in Leesburg, FL on March 27, 2019. I filed a claim, and they sent out a person from an engineering firm. Subsequently, American Integrity denied our claim by phone call from a secretary of the adjuster, who exclaimed that we had a "really good 30 year roof!" She was evidently reading from a script, or so it sounded. In the meantime, almost every home around us, in the dozens, are getting new roofs, except those insured by AI, and possibly one other company. I have signed with a roofing company to fight the claim for us.

GBAIICFL Worse Experience Ever - Lack of Response 3rd Party Claim Adjusters AIICFL sent me a low ball estimate and check, and then closes my claim in December 2022, Had American Integrity reopen the claim and haven't received any updates from AIICFL or Sedgwick (3rd desk adjuster) since. Reached out to the Florida Department of Financial Services and they contacted AIICFL who now has 50 days to response. Save yourself the frustration and hire a PA. Everyone in my neighbor has a new roof and I still have tar paper of some sort!

GBAmerican Integrity NOT!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. They are the worst company ever in existence. They know nothing about American integrity because they lack integrity. I waited two months of constant calling, no responses, to find out my claim was denied. I will be getting an attorney.

GBStay Away from American Integrity!!!!!! After several years paying on time and never submitting a claim, they sent me a Non renewal notice. Coincidence is, I recently opened a roof claim for wind damage and now they sent the non renewal notice. Reason for non renewal is roof age. Really American Integrity, this is how you treat your clients. I also had to involve a public claims adjuster because they clearly aren't wanting to pay up for the claim. This is ridiculous, I honestly hate companies that take advantage of honest people.

GBPremium $8,300 from $4,200 been with them since 2016. Premium went from $2,400 in 2022, $4,200 in 2023 and now they are asking $8,300 for premium. Never filed a claim, new roof, hurricane shutters, etc. Maybe they are trying to get rid of customers.
