Useless and incompetent Useless and incompetent. Chase after a claim an chase again and again then use excuse to delay, not notified them in a timely manner of claim. Not true and months have passed, no up to date response from Adjuster except with engineer that was January. Will attempt mediation.

Poor communication. Claim was completed timely, finalized and check sent before I could rebut their decision. I am fighting this decision and now I will not cash check as this would mean acceptance. AI is very hard to deal with and I know this is how some insurance companies operate. Wish it wasn't AI. After my second attempt to settle claim satisfactorily I will try another review.

Kitchen damaged I had American Integrity for so many years, never had a claim before in June of 2017 I have dishwasher and under the sink likings big time the cabinets were the dishwasher machine and the sink get damaged all wood is mushy,rotten, have mold and the insurance think with $ 3.000 everything is gonna be fix. I have no words to describe their lack of professionalism, i feel agravated but i wont stop, i will make sure every online portal hears about me and of course I am not going to renew my policy with this rippers.

Premium $8,300 from $4,200 been with them since 2016. Premium went from $2,400 in 2022, $4,200 in 2023 and now they are asking $8,300 for premium. Never filed a claim, new roof, hurricane shutters, etc. Maybe they are trying to get rid of customers.
