AIICFL Worse Experience Ever - Lack of Response 3rd Party Claim Adjusters AIICFL sent me a low ball estimate and check, and then closes my claim in December 2022, Had American Integrity reopen the claim and haven't received any updates from AIICFL or Sedgwick (3rd desk adjuster) since. Reached out to the Florida Department of Financial Services and they contacted AIICFL who now has 50 days to response. Save yourself the frustration and hire a PA. Everyone in my neighbor has a new roof and I still have tar paper of some sort!

No way to run an insurance company. Have had my homeowner's insurance with American Integrity since Dec 2012. Paid out of pocket 3 times over the first 7 years for 3 roof storm repairs ($5800) while annual premiums increased from $800 to $1900 over ten years. Roof received extensive damage during Irma, filed a claim which was denied. Had to retain a lawyer to recover $28K in damages - American Integrity finally had to settle for $58K -more than double what they would have paid if they just approved the initial claim. Little wonder they're having financial problems. Will renew with a different carrier with more 'integrity'.

Kitchen damaged I had American Integrity for so many years, never had a claim before in June of 2017 I have dishwasher and under the sink likings big time the cabinets were the dishwasher machine and the sink get damaged all wood is mushy,rotten, have mold and the insurance think with $ 3.000 everything is gonna be fix. I m handicap person , I been call the insurance and nobody call me back. This company is a joke the Insurance Commissioner need pay attention to this can of company. My name C C Wood

Over 30 days after Hurricane Irma, still waiting for help....Update Update....I was contacted and received a settlement payment. My only complaint is the depreciation amount deducted from the payment to repair my home. Very disappointed with American Integrity Insurance Group. Hurricane Irma damaged my roof and my home over one month ago. The day after Irma hit I filed a claim. Over one month later, I am still waiting to get help for coverage that I paid for. Numerous calls and emails go without response. Neighbors with other homeowners insurance already having their claims settled and roofs repaired. Totally unacceptable!

American Integrity Insurance nothing… American Integrity Insurance nothing but legal Crooks! Just got my yearly renewal bill from them last year was $1,000 their new bill for 2018 coverage $1,667 that is over a 60% increase in one year. Never had a claim they left me with no choice but to shop around found Florida specialty insurance there quote was $800 and more and better coverage.
