GBI received a non-renewal notice from… I received a non-renewal notice from this company after 10 years as a customer for no upgrades to my house in 20 years...except they seem to forget that THEY paid for a new roof after a hurricane in 2017!! Then after being with them for 10 years, to "take me back" they required I pay for a 4 point inspection. After I jumped through this hoop they told me to "take me back" I needed to replace my HVAC system, which works perfectly fine and gives me $70 electric bills!!!!! Like everyone has $3000 laying around to replace a perfectly good air conditioning system. Also it should be known I am a cancer patient in a pandemic!!! Thanks for being heartless, uncaring and unintelligent American Integrity!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

GBHad a claim after Ian Had a claim after Ian. Damages before deductible were approximately 25,000. Adjuster came out and wrote estimate below the 7k deductible. Called back and another adjuster came out. This time most of the items (5) were recognized as hurricane damage. Then the claim rep was changed. Almost two years later, I have had at least 3 writers and 4 agents. Still waiting for the payment of two remaining items. I was told the check was in the mail a month ago. Called to speak to a supervisor and was told a return call to me would be made within 24-48 hours. Still waiting?????? Terrible customer service. They renegotiate coverage after contract and payment is made. Whats up with that???

GBOver 30 days after Hurricane Irma, still waiting for help....Update Update....I was contacted and received a settlement payment. My only complaint is the depreciation amount deducted from the payment to repair my home. Very disappointed with American Integrity Insurance Group. Hurricane Irma damaged my roof and my home over one month ago. The day after Irma hit I filed a claim. Over one month later, I am still waiting to get help for coverage that I paid for. Numerous calls and emails go without response. Neighbors with other homeowners insurance already having their claims settled and roofs repaired. Totally unacceptable!

GBPremium $8,300 from $4,200 been with them since 2016. Premium went from $2,400 in 2022, $4,200 in 2023 and now they are asking $8,300 for premium. Never filed a claim, new roof, hurricane shutters, etc. Maybe they are trying to get rid of customers.

GBAmerican Integrity is Failing Us & many… American Integrity is Failing Us & many others on Pine Island after IAN. Our Roof was damaged severely & lifted requiring full Replacement. After almost 10 weeks we get a preliminary settlement of $7,881 to replace our Metal Roof, Soffits & more, Repair our Stairs & Risers, Replace 14+ full window Screens & Repair many other damages. We already had roofers come out quoting $50,000 +- to replace the Roof alone. This is a Total Insult & now we will be hiring an Attorney to handle this matter.
