Worst experience dealing with this… Worst experience dealing with this company. I filed a claim for water damage with the firm. It took them forever to work on the claim. Reaching out to adjuster was even worst experience. Finally, when everything was settled and it was clear that they had to reimburse me for damages, they issued me a notice that I had filed my paper work incorrectly when I submitted my insurance application and therefore they will not only deny my claim, but also cancel my policy.

Poor communication. Claim was completed timely, finalized and check sent before I could rebut their decision. I am fighting this decision and now I will not cash check as this would mean acceptance. AI is very hard to deal with and I know this is how some insurance companies operate. Wish it wasn't AI. After my second attempt to settle claim satisfactorily I will try another review.

American Integrity NOT!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. They are the worst company ever in existence. They know nothing about American integrity because they lack integrity. I waited two months of constant calling, no responses, to find out my claim was denied. I will be getting an attorney.

This company is the worst This company is the worst. They do anything unethical/illegal to deny your claim. They violate privacy laws and put me in immediate danger by telling me to go request my stolen goods from the thief on the police report. It has been almost a year and they still will not pay for my claim.

Lack of Communication for Services This insurance company is the worst service. I contacted them to get an auto insurance quote and was told to complete online, after I did that, I have never gotten a call back and heard back just to get a quote, and that was 4 or 5 months ago. Recently, I got an email to schedule an appointment to review my home insurance policy, which was scheduled today with an agent and NEVER got a call. These are just the simple things and they cannot follow through. I can only imagine if you have to file claim for something and there is no communication. This company should be a shame. It makes sense after reading all the reviews.
