I received a non-renewal notice from… I received a non-renewal notice from this company after 10 years as a customer for no upgrades to my house in 20 years...except they seem to forget that THEY paid for a new roof after a hurricane in 2017!! Then after being with them for 10 years, to "take me back" they required I pay for a 4 point inspection. After I jumped through this hoop they told me to "take me back" I needed to replace my HVAC system, which works perfectly fine and gives me $70 electric bills!!!!! Like everyone has $3000 laying around to replace a perfectly good air conditioning system. Also it should be known I am a cancer patient in a pandemic!!! Thanks for being heartless, uncaring and unintelligent American Integrity!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

No way to run an insurance company. Have had my homeowner's insurance with American Integrity since Dec 2012. Paid out of pocket 3 times over the first 7 years for 3 roof storm repairs ($5800) while annual premiums increased from $800 to $1900 over ten years. Roof received extensive damage during Irma, filed a claim which was denied. Had to retain a lawyer to recover $28K in damages - American Integrity finally had to settle for $58K -more than double what they would have paid if they just approved the initial claim. Little wonder they're having financial problems. Will renew with a different carrier with more 'integrity'.

American Integrity Insurance nothing… American Integrity Insurance nothing but legal Crooks! Just got my yearly renewal bill from them last year was $1,000 their new bill for 2018 coverage $1,667 that is over a 60% increase in one year. Never had a claim they left me with no choice but to shop around found Florida specialty insurance there quote was $800 and more and better coverage.

Lack of Communication for Services This insurance company is the worst service. I contacted them to get an auto insurance quote and was told to complete online, after I did that, I have never gotten a call back and heard back just to get a quote, and that was 4 or 5 months ago. Recently, I got an email to schedule an appointment to review my home insurance policy, which was scheduled today with an agent and NEVER got a call. These are just the simple things and they cannot follow through. I can only imagine if you have to file claim for something and there is no communication. This company should be a shame. It makes sense after reading all the reviews.

Stay Away from American Integrity!!!!!! After several years paying on time and never submitting a claim, they sent me a Non renewal notice. Coincidence is, I recently opened a roof claim for wind damage and now they sent the non renewal notice. Reason for non renewal is roof age. Really American Integrity, this is how you treat your clients. I also had to involve a public claims adjuster because they clearly aren't wanting to pay up for the claim. This is ridiculous, I honestly hate companies that take advantage of honest people.
