After having an accident I was really… After having an accident I was really distressed about the situation. First Chicago and my representative that assisted me was so professional and yet concerned. I would recommend First Chicago Insurance to anyone for top quality service and support.

This company is the worst This company is the worst, they sent me a notice dated 12/26/23 that my policy expired and to pay the amount of my policy by 2/8/24, I called today which is 1/19/24 to pay my policy the rep took my payment then when I asked for a renewal card she said, oh wait your policy canceled and expired and that I would have to pay an extra $430. FOH that’s not what your letter said. She said they will refund my money back in an hour back to my card. I am ready to start a class action lawsuit against this company for poor representation… I would not recommend this company to anyone

Just good customer service. Just liked their attitude. Been with y’all for a year, had some different issues and customer service was always great.

If I could give negative 10 stars I… If I could give negative 10 stars I would! Hit a deer over 3 weeks ago and my damaged car still sits in my driveway! Do not go with this company! I will update this review every day until they do their job!
