Fraudulent Insurance Company They are fraudulent and will not answer you. I’m not sure if they even have people working there as there is no way for you to contact them at all. They will string you along at the beginning and completely ghost you.

I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. Just good customer service. Just liked their attitude. Been with y’all for a year, had some different issues and customer service was always great.

First Chicago does not answer there… First Chicago does not answer there phones and does not return calls when you have a claim. It’s impossible to get them to pay a valid claim.
