I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. Poor business practice Dealing with First Chicago due to being hit by their client in an auto accident involving injury. It's been 3 weeks in which i have had to take the initiative to do all the contact. Just told me that they will not do anything toward this claim until their client submits a recorded statement and he has up to two months to do that. if he doesn't respond they will then do their own investigation. until then, they told me to pay for everything out of my own pocket. The representative was rude when i asked to speak to a supervisor and then placed me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm still on hold.
