company of thieves I do not recommend this company at all, they are thieves, I had insurance with them to pay my month of $185.60, on October 12, 2023, I canceled it on October 13, 2023, I only had it for one day on the 13th, when I asked them what How much they wanted to refund me, they told me $155.60, they are stealing $30 dollars for 1 day of insurance, that is ridiculous, they should have charged me for 1 partial day only, apart from the fact that they stole the DOWN PAYMENT that I paid, they should have returned some money from the DOWN PAYMENT. Don't take anything from them other than thieves, the staff is extremely rude. When I spoke to them they told me how much I told them $30 and the person answered, oh my God, they weren't even charging him $100 dollars. But $30 for 1 day, this is abuse. Now They released the version that they are charging me another $10 additional because my payment is made late in September, I had to renew on September 11, that day my payment is made, they are thieves.

Calling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.

For Chicago is hard to get in contact… For Chicago is hard to get in contact with any employees. I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. Sad no one will be warned until the damage is done If I could give this company no stars I would. This guy at the auction gave me a direct number for this insurance. I was only going to keep them for a month temporarily then get regular named insurance. Someone broke into my car 19 days ago, 10 days after i got my car and policy. It is taking forever to get the police report even though I been calling them everyday since to hurry up the process. Some days I am on hold for 6 to 8 hours with no one to answer. Today the lady told me to send my bill of sales to try and hurry the process for me, once I did she said she will not be in the office for two weeks. Why say you're going to try and help me then say you won't be in the office for 2 weeks. On top of that they gave me a cancelation notice email and text 2 weeks after I signed up for their insurance to scare me. I am not paying another $290 while they do nothing. I rather pay the $800-$900 in damage for the windows and steering column area and get better insurance asap then give them the $800-900 for the deductible and $290 for another months insurance to wait more weeks and weeks for nothing to happen. I almost broke down then read a review about a ladies husband breaking down.

this is the worst company and our… this is the worst company and our biggest mistake !!! 2 years ago my husband hit a deer damaging the front of his car to this day that never got fixed because you cannot get anyone to answer phones or give you answers or follow up on calling you back! fast forward to today..on September 24th 2022 my husband was in an accident in a 2012 mitsubishi galante the car is totaled they said they will give us 500.00 for that car because of the prior damage to the car!! you mean the damage u never settled with us 2 years ago??? to beat that to this day Nov 16th we still have no check and i have been on phone and hold countless times am writing this while on hold for over an hour right now,,, my best advice do yourself a favor and do not insure your vehicle through this company I promise you will regret it
