GBFirst Chicago does not answer there… First Chicago does not answer there phones and does not return calls when you have a claim. It’s impossible to get them to pay a valid claim.

GBAfter having an accident I was really… After having an accident I was really distressed about the situation. First Chicago and my representative that assisted me was so professional and yet concerned. I would recommend First Chicago Insurance to anyone for top quality service and support.

GBWorst insurance company First Chicago is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. When something is their driver’s fault, they won’t pay out even with proof. It was nearly impossible to even get that far into the claim because they never answer the phone, or when they do they say they say nothing has been done because they are working on other claims.

GBCalling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.
