For Chicago is hard to get in contact… For Chicago is hard to get in contact with any employees. I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. Calling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.

Worst insurance company First Chicago is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. When something is their driver’s fault, they won’t pay out even with proof. It was nearly impossible to even get that far into the claim because they never answer the phone, or when they do they say they say nothing has been done because they are working on other claims.

Surviving First Chicago Surviving First Chicago is all I have to say… very shady/fraudulent and we should all get together and protest this company! First Chicago is all about giving you the run around with no real solutions. We all have a common theme… waiting for recorded statements, no call backs, and etc. We should stand together!
