Calling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.

this is the worst company and our… this is the worst company and our biggest mistake !!! 2 years ago my husband hit a deer damaging the front of his car to this day that never got fixed because you cannot get anyone to answer phones or give you answers or follow up on calling you back! fast forward to today..on September 24th 2022 my husband was in an accident in a 2012 mitsubishi galante the car is totaled they said they will give us 500.00 for that car because of the prior damage to the car!! you mean the damage u never settled with us 2 years ago??? to beat that to this day Nov 16th we still have no check and i have been on phone and hold countless times am writing this while on hold for over an hour right now,,, my best advice do yourself a favor and do not insure your vehicle through this company I promise you will regret it

Poor business practice Dealing with First Chicago due to being hit by their client in an auto accident involving injury. It's been 3 weeks in which i have had to take the initiative to do all the contact. Just told me that they will not do anything toward this claim until their client submits a recorded statement and he has up to two months to do that. if he doesn't respond they will then do their own investigation. until then, they told me to pay for everything out of my own pocket. The representative was rude when i asked to speak to a supervisor and then placed me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm still on hold.

Just good customer service. Just liked their attitude. Been with y’all for a year, had some different issues and customer service was always great.

If I could give negative 10 stars I… If I could give negative 10 stars I would! Hit a deer over 3 weeks ago and my damaged car still sits in my driveway! Do not go with this company! I will update this review every day until they do their job!
