GBSurviving First Chicago Surviving First Chicago is all I have to say… very shady/fraudulent and we should all get together and protest this company! First Chicago is all about giving you the run around with no real solutions. We all have a common theme… waiting for recorded statements, no call backs, and etc. We should stand together!

GBWorst insurance company First Chicago is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. When something is their driver’s fault, they won’t pay out even with proof. It was nearly impossible to even get that far into the claim because they never answer the phone, or when they do they say they say nothing has been done because they are working on other claims.

GBFor Chicago is hard to get in contact… For Chicago is hard to get in contact with any employees. I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. No one never contact you back and this is from Jennifer Rollins find me and contact me please any lawyer or anyone know a good lawyer against them that’s in Chicago or anywhere they tcan help me please contact me.

GBFirst Chicago does not answer there… First Chicago does not answer there phones and does not return calls when you have a claim. It’s impossible to get them to pay a valid claim.

GBNo one answers, nobody returns calls, no responses to email inquiries! Is this a real company? Tried calling this company to get quotes for auto insurance coverage. The first time I called, I waited for 21 minutes then was automatically cut off. I called back and the call was dropped a second time after waiting 16 minutes. Their website says they've been in business since 1920. Kinda seems like they've still got some of the same employees who were running the company in the 1920s! Hello, is anybody home at First Chicago??? If I can't even get quotes on a policy I sure don't want to be the one trying to file a claim with this place!
