Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. No one could answer simple questions about my policy and I got the run around when trying to remove a car from the policy. I can now see why it was half the price of my progressive policy. You really do get what you pay for

No one answers, nobody returns calls, no responses to email inquiries! Is this a real company? Tried calling this company to get quotes for auto insurance coverage. The first time I called, I waited for 21 minutes then was automatically cut off. I called back and the call was dropped a second time after waiting 16 minutes. Their website says they've been in business since 1920. Kinda seems like they've still got some of the same employees who were running the company in the 1920s! Hello, is anybody home at First Chicago??? If I can't even get quotes on a policy I sure don't want to be the one trying to file a claim with this place!

Sad no one will be warned until the damage is done If I could give this company no stars I would. This guy at the auction gave me a direct number for this insurance. I was only going to keep them for a month temporarily then get regular named insurance. Someone broke into my car 19 days ago, 10 days after i got my car and policy. It is taking forever to get the police report even though I been calling them everyday since to hurry up the process. Some days I am on hold for 6 to 8 hours with no one to answer. Today the lady told me to send my bill of sales to try and hurry the process for me, once I did she said she will not be in the office for two weeks. Why say you're going to try and help me then say you won't be in the office for 2 weeks. On top of that they gave me a cancelation notice email and text 2 weeks after I signed up for their insurance to scare me. I am not paying another $290 while they do nothing. I rather pay the $800-$900 in damage for the windows and steering column area and get better insurance asap then give them the $800-900 for the deductible and $290 for another months insurance to wait more weeks and weeks for nothing to happen. I almost broke down then read a review about a ladies husband breaking down.

This company is the worst This company is the worst, they sent me a notice dated 12/26/23 that my policy expired and to pay the amount of my policy by 2/8/24, I called today which is 1/19/24 to pay my policy the rep took my payment then when I asked for a renewal card she said, oh wait your policy canceled and expired and that I would have to pay an extra $430. FOH that’s not what your letter said. She said they will refund my money back in an hour back to my card. I am ready to start a class action lawsuit against this company for poor representation… I would not recommend this company to anyone
