GBCalling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.

GBFraudulent Insurance Company They are fraudulent and will not answer you. I’m not sure if they even have people working there as there is no way for you to contact them at all. They will string you along at the beginning and completely ghost you.

GBSurviving First Chicago Surviving First Chicago is all I have to say… very shady/fraudulent and we should all get together and protest this company! First Chicago is all about giving you the run around with no real solutions. We all have a common theme… waiting for recorded statements, no call backs, and etc. We should stand together!

GBThis company is the worst This company is the worst, they sent me a notice dated 12/26/23 that my policy expired and to pay the amount of my policy by 2/8/24, I called today which is 1/19/24 to pay my policy the rep took my payment then when I asked for a renewal card she said, oh wait your policy canceled and expired and that I would have to pay an extra $430. FOH that’s not what your letter said. She said they will refund my money back in an hour back to my card. I am ready to start a class action lawsuit against this company for poor representation… I would not recommend this company to anyone

GBPoor business practice Dealing with First Chicago due to being hit by their client in an auto accident involving injury. It's been 3 weeks in which i have had to take the initiative to do all the contact. Just told me that they will not do anything toward this claim until their client submits a recorded statement and he has up to two months to do that. if he doesn't respond they will then do their own investigation. until then, they told me to pay for everything out of my own pocket. The representative was rude when i asked to speak to a supervisor and then placed me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm still on hold.
