GBShady Organization I was involved in an accident that was the fault of the other driver. His insurance company was terrible and dragging their feet to address damages after receiving the police report and acknowledging the driver to be at fault. The driver’s insurance company sent me to the body shop for damage estimate. After the estimate the driver’s insurance took 3 months and still would not okay my repairs. I paid my deductible with 1st Chicago $1030.00 to get damages repaired At which time they told me my deductible would be completely refunded to me pending repairs. I called them a week after my repairs were complete to complain about Shotty workmanship. I also inquired about when I would be receiving my deductible as a refund that I had to pay out. They then told me there was an open investigation and the other insurance company had not found the client liable so me receiving my deductible amount refunded was not possible. They mislead me as a customer and are a below standard company. I will never recommend them and I now have to hire an attorney to recoup my deductible. Stay away from this organization!

GBCalling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.

GBthis is the worst company and our… this is the worst company and our biggest mistake !!! 2 years ago my husband hit a deer damaging the front of his car to this day that never got fixed because you cannot get anyone to answer phones or give you answers or follow up on calling you back! fast forward to today..on September 24th 2022 my husband was in an accident in a 2012 mitsubishi galante the car is totaled they said they will give us 500.00 for that car because of the prior damage to the car!! you mean the damage u never settled with us 2 years ago??? to beat that to this day Nov 16th we still have no check and i have been on phone and hold countless times am writing this while on hold for over an hour right now,,, my best advice do yourself a favor and do not insure your vehicle through this company I promise you will regret it

GBFirst Chicago Insurance Fraudulent My parked car was hit in an accident cause by one of their insurers on 11/9/23. I filed a claim with First Chicago on 11/13/23 providing an email with pictures of the damage, a police report, and video footage of the accident. An appraiser from SCA Appraisal Co. (another terrible company) came to look at my car on 11/16/23. The estimate information was available and sent to the company 11/17/23. I spent a month calling them every week to get a hold of the adjuster, got her information from a claim representative on 12/1/23 but wasn’t contacted by her until 12/16/23. I have never hired an attorney and she leaves a voicemail talking about how she needs permission with my attorney to speak to me about the details of the claim and estimate information. Never hired one, I’m representing myself. They make up lies so they don’t have to pay me out for my car damages at this point. Terrible company, terrible customer service, a scam. Who knows if this will get settled but figured I’d start leaving reviews now and spreading awareness of this shady company. Report First Chicago Insurance as a fraudulent company to your state attorney general, let local news outlets know your story, spread awareness to expose their scam company!

GBSad no one will be warned until the damage is done If I could give this company no stars I would. This guy at the auction gave me a direct number for this insurance. I was only going to keep them for a month temporarily then get regular named insurance. Someone broke into my car 19 days ago, 10 days after i got my car and policy. It is taking forever to get the police report even though I been calling them everyday since to hurry up the process. Some days I am on hold for 6 to 8 hours with no one to answer. Today the lady told me to send my bill of sales to try and hurry the process for me, once I did she said she will not be in the office for two weeks. Why say you're going to try and help me then say you won't be in the office for 2 weeks. On top of that they gave me a cancelation notice email and text 2 weeks after I signed up for their insurance to scare me. I am not paying another $290 while they do nothing. I rather pay the $800-$900 in damage for the windows and steering column area and get better insurance asap then give them the $800-900 for the deductible and $290 for another months insurance to wait more weeks and weeks for nothing to happen. I almost broke down then read a review about a ladies husband breaking down.
