Calling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.

I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. Fraudulent Insurance Company They are fraudulent and will not answer you. I’m not sure if they even have people working there as there is no way for you to contact them at all. They will string you along at the beginning and completely ghost you.
