For Chicago is hard to get in contact… For Chicago is hard to get in contact with any employees. I’ve been trying to contact a manager of supervisor or someone I have bad experience with First Chicago insurance company. They are the insurance company that I signed up with, and I am very unhappy with them they ripping you off and I’m looking for a lawyer to get in contact with about First Chicago to make a lawsuit against them. If there is any other people that has problems with Chicago please contact or find me I’m making a complaint on them, they does not have good proper business skills. They are not a good insurance company you go through all types of hoops to talk to people and you never get the claims department. Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. No one could answer simple questions about my policy and I got the run around when trying to remove a car from the policy. I can now see why it was half the price of my progressive policy. You really do get what you pay for

Surviving First Chicago Surviving First Chicago is all I have to say… very shady/fraudulent and we should all get together and protest this company! First Chicago is all about giving you the run around with no real solutions. We all have a common theme… waiting for recorded statements, no call backs, and etc. We should stand together!
