First Chicago is all about giving you the run around with no real solutions. We all have a common theme… waiting for recorded statements, no call backs, and etc. We should stand together!

First Chicago does not answer there… First Chicago does not answer there phones and does not return calls when you have a claim. It’s impossible to get them to pay a valid claim.

Just good customer service. Just liked their attitude. Been with y’all for a year, had some different issues and customer service was always great.

Calling their 24 hour claims reporting… Calling their 24 hour claims reporting line is a joke! On hold for over 2 hours to report a claim. Never get a call from an adjuster and if they do call they hang up and mark that contact was made, what a joke of an insurance company. They are ripe for a bad faith law suit.
