Dependable, Life saving I was so worried I wouldn't be able to afford my treatment. But I had them run my Paytient card and I was so glad it didn't deny. It worked perfectly and I was able to figure out an affordable plan. Without Paytient, I don't know what I would have done.

Great App I really like the fact that there are no interest added to the total. We shouldnt have to go into debt to get medical help.

Worst customer service It wasn't great after holding for 20 minutes I get someone that didn't speak English and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Very irritating
