Big help It’s a big help especially if you need your medication and you don’t have the money to get it at the time

I went to the doctor I went to the doctor. They were requesting a payment and I was blessed enough to have the card. I made the payment that they requested and because of having the card, I didn’t have to actually pay the amount upfront but over time it came in handy.

Worst customer service It wasn't great after holding for 20 minutes I get someone that didn't speak English and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Very irritating
