GBServices is great but market… Services of FDTS is great but market competition is making Federal Direct Expensive. To be us profitable and be able to grow, prices as tax prepare must come down; otherwise, we will die. We lost almost 70% of our customer and all due to the price. If tax payer pay cash, we control the cost of preparing the taxes; however, if tax payer wants their fee to be pulled from their tax return, now our fee is split 50% with Federal plus $25 for banking; now it s already too expensive.
