Understand your loan. These loans are meant to be paid back asap, less time less interest, the interest is high but its there ($$) if you need it. I see these negative reviews, we are all adults kno & understand what you're getting yourself into.

Great customer service I had a call three different times and out of them three different times. The customer service representative really took time to listen. I really recommend big picture loans to anybody

They wouldn't answer a very basic question They wouldn't answer a very basic question about whether my current bank account would fulfill their requirements or not and referred me to the website. I told them them I'd call someone else. In spite of their reviews here it was a significant enough red flag to, indeed, call someone else.
