The help we needed to be approved for aid Thorough, responsive and knowledgable. They helped us determine if my mom was eligible for benefits and guided us through every step. Once we submitted our application, mom’s approval came within a few months. She now can access the care and support she needs. The team at AVA were great!

The extra financial support is allowing my mom to live safely with the care she needed. I can’t imagine trying to navigate the process without their help.

Initial process good then it dragged on and on Initial process was good, inputting all information requested was a chore but went fairly smoothly. Working out details got a little harder. It became progressively more difficult to get in touch with my assigned case manager. Neither phone messages, emails or texts were answered in a timely manner. After packet was submitted, and a submission date confirmed, silence fell. There were no more updates on progress or when we might see our funds. Total was eight months from date of submission of info (Feb) to funds appearing in our account (Sept). That was much longer than the 3-4 months I’d been told to expect.

Don't do this by yourself. I wouldn't want to have ever attempted this on my own. They were knowledgeable with every aspect of the process. Excellent!
