We use Monex for once a month wire… We use Monex for once a month wire transfer and it has been a great pleasure working with any of the representatives to have this done smoothly.

The portal although friendly doesn't… The portal although friendly doesn't offer a way to show previous quotes on same currency. Also once you lock the rate, you are not able to see previous deals report on the home page.

Customer service is great Customer service is great. The app is easy to use on and if we need any help on the system, the live person can help over the phone. Get great support form Monex team. Thank you for all your support through out the years.
