GBPleasant, Knowledgeable people Having the pleasant person who first answered the phone able to quickly pull up my account and redirect my call to my usual agent. Familiarity with the agent. Exchanging pleasantries, having the agent be able to tell me how the exchange rate has changed since my last transaction.

GBUser Friendly, Expert, and Cost Effective Their tools for trading and money transfers are very user friendly, and more intuitive than most bank products we've tried. They keep clients informed daily on currency market issues and their professional expertise in setting up a forex strategy has been extremely helpful.
