GBPoor communication Getting the process started was amazing. Once my financial situation changed, I asked that my account be deactivated. My account was not deactivated and funds were withdrawn even though there was nothing to pay. I’m still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple emails and calls, no one has gotten back to me about the refund.
