Grateful for Mike Ruggles I am incredibly grateful that Mike Ruggles was on the other end of the phone when I called. He was kind, informative and sincere throughout the process. Poor communication Getting the process started was amazing. Once my financial situation changed, I asked that my account be deactivated. My account was not deactivated and funds were withdrawn even though there was nothing to pay. I’m still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple emails and calls, no one has gotten back to me about the refund.

Drew Cooper did an excellent job… Drew Cooper did an excellent job explaining my options. He was kind, polite and supportive. There were things on my credit report I had no idea were there. Drew helped me walk through them. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a loan with your company.
