It helped me understand what goals I needed and gave me guidance in how best to reach them. The customer service is way above average! When I reached out with a question, they were back to me within hours.

He was patient and kind and really instilled a sense of trust in me that him, and the company had my best interest in mind. Both on zoom and multiple phone calls plus emails I felt he was really ‘ taking care of me’ and not just dollars. After my first zoom meeting I had such an enormous sense of relief going forward in my life, financially. I have already referred the company to several people and will continue to do so in the future. Great service!

Step by step. My brother-in-law got on a conference call with me and my advisor. My brother-in-law is a know it all,but I can't deny he is incredibly smart. He asked all his questions, I'm sure he was hoping to find something wrong, but my counselor shut him down. He had no questions unanswered and was absolutely satisfied with the direction I was taking. I personally would highly recommend them to anyone looking enhance their financial future!

New account - Moved from another firm I moved from another firm due to concern over losses and high fees over the life of this relationship. I am well into retirement and have limited money saved. My new account lost over $1000 in the first 4 days (.5 %). I stayed with my last account manager for 7 years based on the account rebounding, it did not. I can not wait that long again, should this become a trend.
