GBThis company reached a need I didn't… This company reached a need I didn't know I had. My advisor educated me and gave me lots of tools to see my future. It helped me understand what goals I needed and gave me guidance in how best to reach them. The customer service is way above average! When I reached out with a question, they were back to me within hours.

GBNew account - Moved from another firm I moved from another firm due to concern over losses and high fees over the life of this relationship. I am well into retirement and have limited money saved. My new account lost over $1000 in the first 4 days (.5 %). I stayed with my last account manager for 7 years based on the account rebounding, it did not. I can not wait that long again, should this become a trend.

GBThe way they laid it all out for me The way they laid it all out for me. They explained everything to the smallest detail. Made it so easy. I'm not tech savvy so they took me through all the steps. Step by step. My brother-in-law got on a conference call with me and my advisor. My brother-in-law is a know it all,but I can't deny he is incredibly smart. He asked all his questions, I'm sure he was hoping to find something wrong, but my counselor shut him down. He had no questions unanswered and was absolutely satisfied with the direction I was taking. I personally would highly recommend them to anyone looking enhance their financial future!

GBtoo early review I don't know enough about this process to be able to give a decent review but the Retirable marketing team keeps pushing me to submit a review. So overall while the process was positive the followup is negative. Maybe after I've used the service for more than 2 days, I'll have useful information.

If she worked this hard before I became a client, I felt she would do due diligence for a client. She has been patient with my computer-ignorance, walking me through step by step. I am optimistic about managing my funds for retirement.
