Cash-0ut Refinance made easy. The process of initiating a loan application has been easy and completely online and/or phone. Since I'm a repeat customer, the loan agent was well prepared to recommend how best to leverage equity in my home so I could get the best loan rate possible. Based on that advise and my own familiarity of refinance options it became clear that a cash-out refinance would suit my situation better than a home equity loan. The process has moved along smoothly and quickly. The loan agent walked me through the electronic signature requirements and arranged for the title company to assure the property title is clear for closing. The entire process from loan inquiry to closing is projected to be remarkably quick due to stellar customer service. The title company that is partnering with the loan company is continuing the stellar customer service by completed the title clearance within a day and is expected to arrange for closing at my home as soon as the loan underwriting is complete.
