Mostly favorable Three Stars … Everything was very prompt and they answered all my questions. I have concerns about the verification procsss for coaigners. It seems more lengthy than the application process itself. In the end I got the loan, they set me up with the app for future payment and I’m happy

Impossible to speak customer service/be sure to read fine print. Impossible to get a customer service representative on the phone. I felt very mislead by the company, make sure you read the fine print. They only show positive reviews on their website, after checking elsewhere I found that many people were unintentionally signed up for a monthly paid subscription to the company when applying for a loan. Pretty sketchy.
