Predatory lender This company rates are not disclosed up front. The pay what you can option in collections is an utter waste of time due to there predatory lending rates. William Fudge of their so called collector attorney’s group is not to be trusted. Offered me one settlement that was reasonable but when i asked for a break down of charges a 29000.00 amount of interest and fees where attached. I think i would be better off to just handle it in arbitration then with these unethical greedy people.

Good but could be better Not a bad option at all..... One thing that is hard to deal with....when making a payment to the account (additional payment beyond monthly pay) the system postpones the payment for up to 10 days after you initiate the payment.....quite frustrating.
