Predatory lender This company rates are not disclosed up front. The pay what you can option in collections is an utter waste of time due to there predatory lending rates. William Fudge of their so called collector attorney’s group is not to be trusted. Offered me one settlement that was reasonable but when i asked for a break down of charges a 29000.00 amount of interest and fees where attached. I think i would be better off to just handle it in arbitration then with these unethical greedy people.

Dominick is the Man Dominick is the Man , straightforward no bs helpful guy . I don’t understand the negative reviews, the line of credit is a tool to to be used as a tool and nothing more. The charges are what they are but are minuscule in the grand scheme of things .. if you need to borrow 5k for 1 month how could it not be worth 200 dollars ?? If you need to into a line of credit for an extensive amount of time then you have bigger issues and should look into a different route , ie collateral loan , Heloc etc etc .. use it as a tool and it 5 stars PERIOD …
