Mike is my savior!!! Mike, who heads up customer service has been exceptionally helpful. I can't give enough stars to him and the team over at Topstep. They are the only prop firm I use and it's all because of him. I had several issues with the platform I am using but Mike resolved all of them with ease and friendliness. Topstep gets a lot of request for… Topstep gets a lot of request for support and manages well through the various channels they have available. Trenton especially was able to help me and solve my problem within 20 minutes of letting him know. It was greatly appreciated.

Topstep are one of (if not) the best… Topstep are one of (if not) the best funded trading platforms there are. Their rules are clear and precise and easy for you to understand unlike others, it feels like they want you to pass unlike others. I had a problem where I had an account few few months and taking my time trading it due to the no time limit but came back to it cancelled with 2k profit after I did nothing wrong so I messaged support and they sorted it all out with me for my new eval to keep those profits because I never broke a rule and ended up passing the eval.

Despite what is said about the support… Despite what is said about the support provided by Top Step, it provides five-star services and a staff that exceeds expectations.
