I am really comfortable using TopStep I think everything is clear and it’s so easy to use additionally the results of the day appear every day so you can manage your plan and your risk for tomorrow .

No payout I qualified for my first payout and requested one over two weeks ago without receiving it or even a response. When putting in a ticket with support, it said to expect a response in a day. Two days later it said to expect a response in three days. Today their customer service center was completely down. From my research I believe TopStep is legitimate and (at least until recently?) pays out it's qualifying traders. Everything else I've experienced with them has been positive, so I am holding my breath hoping this is some technical issues and not something else.

Mike is my savior!!! Mike, who heads up customer service has been exceptionally helpful. I can't give enough stars to him and the team over at Topstep. They are the only prop firm I use and it's all because of him. I had several issues with the platform I am using but Mike resolved all of them with ease and friendliness. Trouble free trading rules and payouts I have had multiple payouts from multiple accounts over multiple months from Topstep. Never a problem. No payout reviews or denials common with other prop firms that offer heavily discounted entry but then their trading rules, (some which are very subjective and applied after the event), stop you from succeeding. Topstep genuinely wants you to succeed.
