I just had a really good experience… I just had a really good experience with customer service clear to the end of having the loan funded. I will admit that the interest interest rates are a little steep, but if you can pay your loan off in a reasonable amount of time that shouldn’t be a problem. Everybody was so helpful with me, and they answered fully every question that I asked.

I did a loan with them and had no… I did a loan with them and had no issues. Paid off quick. It was funded quick. They kept calling me offering another loan. I wanted to take another quick loan but needed another account to be funded. Same bank, just different account. The underwriters refused without looking it further and understanding that this is the same bank, same person and that deposits and activity will now go into this new acct since Im separating accounts with my wife. The representative was very rude and would not let me explain what I was going to suggest she told the underwriters. I asked her to ask their people to stop calling me offering loans and she said it would be her pleasure. This is a customer is good standing they just turned around. Will never be back.
