USApplied for the loan and received the… Applied for the loan and received the next day... Great! A few months have passed and everytime I call to inquire about paying off early, I get a recording stating " I'm sorry, your phone call cannot be connected at this time, please try again later..." I hope this is NOT a attempt to block customers who have been approved but cannot talk to anyone about paying off early. I'm interested to see if any other customers have experienced the same. Thank you.

USI just had a really good experience… I just had a really good experience with customer service clear to the end of having the loan funded. I will admit that the interest interest rates are a little steep, but if you can pay your loan off in a reasonable amount of time that shouldn’t be a problem. Everybody was so helpful with me, and they answered fully every question that I asked.
