USThe service you offer is great The service you offer is great, however not always accurate. Also the constant turn over in account reps is a little disheartening. Response times with my previous reps were almost immediate, now the response times are 24-48 hours. Hopefully the delay is that your business has grown and your clientele basis has expanded. Would just like to see a rep for more than 6 months!

USBest Customer Service It is all about customer service and Credit Safe has hired the best. Whenever I need help there is always someone who responds, right away, to resolve any issue I may have. Jason Shattah has been exceptional with product details. Jason has been professional and friendly and a joy to work with. Having the Credit Safe Alerts on our customer base makes my job less stressful. Although Credit Safe could do a better job in updating your data base. Look forward to using the reports.

USGreat product & great service Been using Creditsafe for almost a year, so far things are going very well. Their website is easy to navigate and the reports & monitoring functions are helpful to our business as well. Just a few issues here & there (nothing major) but I've always had a great response from their team when needed.

I know when I contact her I will get a timely response. On the downside we have run credit reports on a couple of customers that were not accurate or we questioned the accuracy of the report.
