Professional staff that listen and get it. They know trading. It's just a small thing, but it makes a big difference for clients navigating the new platform and waters. Keep up the great work team. I'm still dialing in my tools, but coming coming from TDA TOS full time...wow the details here at Optimus are so THOUGHTFUL. You can tell this firm was started by a trader and made for traders. Really professional work quality from the top down and it shows. Thanks again team. Haven't met the founder but from everyone else I've interacted this company certainly has strong roots a future with some serious igniting volume.

HRNo complaints whatsoever except the… No complaints whatsoever except the Rithmic integration with Optimus trading platform or lack of it. I think it would be a big plus if a user could simply see his data subscriptions in the app and cancel them and/ or subscribe to new data with a few clicks. Besides that five star experience so far.

NLI was new with Optimus Futures last… I was new with Optimus Futures last year and I had many questions about the setups, connecting, funding etc. To much to name them all here. I mostly had contact with Jake Montag he was really wonderful and patient with my questions. The software from this company also offers better solutions with access and datafeed than a local European broker. So they named it correctly with the name Futures.

GBNew to futures , not to trading I moved over to trading futures from think or swim. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed as far as data subscriptions and order routing. I spoke with Jake at Optimus futures, he explained everything to me and what setup would be appropriate for me. It really is kinda tailored to your specific needs. GBExceptional Customer Service And that's my reason for choosing Optimus after much research and demo accounts at several firms. Shoutout to Jake, who very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and dealt with all sorts of technical problems I encountered with the platform/datafeed when I tried the demo account back in September-October last year. I opened a real account because of him. The actual account setup was somewhat confusing, with the account with Optimus and the account with FCM, but that hiccup was solved again by Jake. I feel like I'm in good hands at Optimus.
