Shoutout to Jake, who very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and dealt with all sorts of technical problems I encountered with the platform/datafeed when I tried the demo account back in September-October last year. I opened a real account because of him. The actual account setup was somewhat confusing, with the account with Optimus and the account with FCM, but that hiccup was solved again by Jake. I feel like I'm in good hands at Optimus.

Great Interaction with TradingView and AWESOME Customer Service! I have been using the platform for quite some time now and found Optimus Futures' level of customer service 'top notch'! I get immediate response for any questions that I may have. There have been no glitches between the interactions of Optimus Futures working via the TradingView platform which is what I was ultimately looking for within a company. I have TOS as an additional platform I have TOS as an additional platform. It is constantly evolving, not because of those in charge, but because thousands of users are able to create, modify and tweak the platform via the programming language. There are a number of adaptations I would like to import to Optimus Futures, but after spend considerable time working on it, I find it too difficult to do. With TOS, copy and paste is just that simple - copy and paste. I find this to be a weakness in the platform and hope it can be fixed in the future.
