I was new with Optimus Futures last… I was new with Optimus Futures last year and I had many questions about the setups, connecting, funding etc. To much to name them all here. I mostly had contact with Jake Montag he was really wonderful and patient with my questions. The software from this company also offers better solutions with access and datafeed than a local European broker. So they named it correctly with the name Futures.

The best futures broker in the market! The best futures broker I have come across. Wrapping up the customer, honoring even small accounts, and Jake and Matt provide customer service beyond all expectations. The answers to every question are very detailed, and every problem is solved within a few minutes (not that I had any problems, more technical questions). I am very glad I found them and recommend every futures trader to try them. Thanks Jake, Matt and the entire Optimus team for a great trading experience!

Good platform with good customer service Mainly use their OptimusFlow trading platform. Overall good user experience and is updated fairly regular. Been using it for roughly a year now and have not experience any major issues. They do provide some additional services like journal, news stuff, etc. Only use journal and this adequate. Customer service is overall quick and knowledgeable.

New FCM review New to the broker. Great service so far and really like them. No complaints and I really enjoy learning the platform. Great videos that explain the platform and concepts. Professional staff that listen and get it. They know trading. It's just a small thing, but it makes a big difference for clients navigating the new platform and waters. Keep up the great work team. I'm still dialing in my tools, but coming coming from TDA TOS full time...wow the details here at Optimus are so THOUGHTFUL. You can tell this firm was started by a trader and made for traders. A client for over a year now Their platform OptimusFLOW is free and excellent for chart traders. They accept feedback from traders for ways they can improve their platform which is awesome and their customer service is very good. If you want cheap commissions and an awesome trading platform go with Optimus Futures!
