It is constantly evolving, not because of those in charge, but because thousands of users are able to create, modify and tweak the platform via the programming language. There are a number of adaptations I would like to import to Optimus Futures, but after spend considerable time working on it, I find it too difficult to do. With TOS, copy and paste is just that simple - copy and paste. I find this to be a weakness in the platform and hope it can be fixed in the future.

Shoutout to Jake, who very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and dealt with all sorts of technical problems I encountered with the platform/datafeed when I tried the demo account back in September-October last year. I opened a real account because of him. The actual account setup was somewhat confusing, with the account with Optimus and the account with FCM, but that hiccup was solved again by Jake. I feel like I'm in good hands at Optimus.

Wrapping up the customer, honoring even small accounts, and Jake and Matt provide customer service beyond all expectations. The answers to every question are very detailed, and every problem is solved within a few minutes (not that I had any problems, more technical questions). I'm coming over from Forex and new to… I'm coming over from Forex and new to Futures. The support with Optimus has been very timely to respond and extensive. I don't feel like they ever rush me and I am never neglected. Jake goes above and beyond to make sure I have help choosing and transitioning to new platforms, and is a great guy to talk to in general.
