After speaking with her multiple times, she was consistently professional, always helpful beyond measure and always laser focus on making sure every one of my questions were answered, answered accurately, understood fully as well as making sure ANY outstanding issue was fully resolved before we ended each of our chat sessions. Looking great so far Just passed phase 2, and I came across some trouble concerning my KYC verification process. It became a bit cumbersome, but Olabanke was an absolute pleasure and assisted me in the process. Eventually, the verification process completed. Amazing job to TT and Olabanke from the customer support team. I will be providing an update concerning my funded account. So far, all is looking amazing, and the firm deserves its recognition as this very stage. I am looking forward to partnering with TT!

I passed stage 1&2 and still "failed" the challenge I passed stage 1 and stage 2 on a 10k challenge received my funded trader certificate, I was waiting for the login credentials but instead received an email stating that I had "over leveraged / gambled" on stage 1and stage 2. I was told I had to restart back to stage 1. I was confused as to why I wasn't told I was in violation of the policy before moving to stage 2 it was just a waste of time and effort. I asked the support team why didn't they tell me about the violation when it happened and they told me the team that evaluates risk reviews the account and the trades in the end if you pass every challenge. So in my opinion, they do this because you have very little chance to pass the 2 stages and even if you pass both of them they can still find a stupid reason to fail you. And I say a stupid reason because they say you can risk up to 5% of the account daily however according to the rules you are not allowed to risk that much or even 2.5% in a single trade.

Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars yet… Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars yet is because I had to pass tier 1 and 2, 100k acct(which is no problem, part of the process) then got told I was gambling so I had to redo tier 1 and now I’ve passed that. So if I get my funded acct they’ll have 5 stars from me. Other then that I love the TradeLocker platform and I appreciate all TopTier is doing, especially being one of the only prop firms that allow US traders. All I can say is please keep improving and have our best interest in mind. Don’t get greedy trying to take money from us, theirs plenty of food on the table for everyone to get some.
