USNasayah and Sierra were wonderful and… Nasayah and Sierra were wonderful and helpful. In working with Nasayah, she admitted after I inquired that she had only been doing this for a week. I told her she is very good and I would not have guessed a week, but after speaking with Sierra, her trainer, I better understood why Nasayah was so well-spoken. Kudos to both of them for explaining and facilitating everything so well. They should together train others on proper customer service decorum.
