GBReceived an email and an SMS text that… Received an email and an SMS text that funds would be in our account within 24 hours. Relaxed and missed a second email sent 15 minutes later that said our request was denied. Why do an auto message putting the customer at ease if it's going to be followed by a declination? And if declined, there should be a text stating so as well.
