Very positive and easy experience! This was one of the most positive and easiest financial situations I’ve ever had to deal with. I was concerned to buy out my lease and begin a new loan to finance the rest of the vehicle with just how crazy the cost of living has become. My credit wasn’t as high as it’s been in the past and as a new mom again to now 3 little ones I was dreading the back and forth and hours spent on the phone/computer. I am still in shock with how easy this all was. Fast, professional, and organized. I would be very happy and more than willing to use this company again down the road.

This sucked Totally pain in the ass, takes way too long to get it done. I never knew what was going on after you complete a section on the website, it never gave you a follow up email or phone call to let you know status!! There much improvement could be done to make it more user friendly

Great experiance One of the main things that I really appreciated was that though the web portal experience was pretty good. If I had a question and I called the phone number, someone answered quickly! I did not have to go through a ton of prompts! Though maybe the questions were not that difficult, they had the answer for me very quickly. This whole process was very PAINLESS!
