GBI was shopping on the website I was shopping on the website, answering questions about home location, credit check to find out if their service was available in my area and if I could get a good rate. After answering a few questions along these lines, I was immediately under contract with this company with service to begin within the week. I wasnt even sure what the rate was , contract length or anything so I was not prepared to switch to this service. Then it took over an hour on the phone just to get the contract I didn't ask for canceled.

GBI just did my service today so I'll see… I just did my service today so I'll see how good it is on my first bill but it was fast n quick am still have a wait for the day they switched it soon I hope but so far so good 😊

GBI had bad experience I had bad experience. The customer service is the horrible. They don’t even know what they doing. I called right away to cancel the service I just sign in online by mistake He told me he’s gonna take Up to 25 days to cancel the service How is that possible? If I call right away after I sign in to cancel service it’s gonna take 25 days and then I’m not even getting the service until tomorrow so I want to cancel the service I don’t want.
