GBI just tried to get rates from choose… I just tried to get rates from choose energy and a young lady by the name of Tonya was the person that answered the phone and she was very fast paced. I’m elderly. I’m in my mid 70s. There was loud noises in the background which was very hard for me to understand her I felt rushed and she seemed irritated and bothered by my slowness of understanding what she was asking and not customer friendly. I tried to be as polite as possible, so I could continue the conversation over and over when I told her you already asked me that question she would interrupt me and say just say yes or no, I thought that be rude. Then she asked me for my full Social Security number which I think is very different. Also the number of people living in a home to get a rate per kilowatt for energy for electric bill I have never in all my life had been asked how many people , come in and out of your home to get a rate for electricity and then I told her that I wouldn’t give her my full Social Security. I give her my last four digits. She replied OK fine well you’re gonna just waste my time and I told her well then I’m just gonna hang up , if you want if you want to make a cell and help people get the rates for electricity you need to be customer friendly you need to understand everybody’s different summer slow summer young summer old but she need to be patient and apparently Miss Tonya this is not your ideal job placement you need to be working either at a fast food or a place where there’s nobody that you interact with because frankly Deer, you will never make a cell you were absolutely unladylike and downright disgustingly, rude and asking how many people come out of my home to give me electricity Rate and my full Social Security number is by far the most ludicrous thing I’ve ever ever heard and I will never do that so maybe you might want to rethink your job you might wanna move somewhere else so you don’t have to talk to people because you were horrible in the negatives and I would not recommend even calling them unless you can hear very well and you wanna be treated like you’re stupid or I identity stolen.

GBChoose an electric provider with confidence This site allowed me to search for plans using the criteria most important to me. I could do side by side comparisons on the plans I was considering and in a couple of hours was able to choose with confidence the plan most suited to our needs. We have been with our new provider since end of January and have had a couple of times I’ve had questions which were quickly answered by their customer service rep who was knowledgeable and available without a wait at all. Their digital accounting is easy to follow as well.
