Deceptive advertising?? Several companies advertise a certain rate per kilowatt hour - but that’s not the actual rate. The fine print mentions electric delivery service charges. So if an a company is saying 9 cents/kw hr, that’s not really the case. It may be closer to 17 cents/kw hr. This appears deceptive. Just give the actual amt per kw hr that the consumer is going to pay.
