You tell me to send my stuff to you and… You tell me to send my stuff to you and I do and then you tell me you can’t do anything with it because it’s not what you want. So, what if you can’t do anything with it. It’s what the American people want! You could had done something with those silver coins and you didn’t want it. Shame on you because it’s your loss!

Gone are the days of having to bring your broken gold to a jeweler! I used to take all my broken gold to an actual brick & mortar, and before that they had gold parties at peoples homes. Well now I have a new method! From the comfort of home in my pj’s, I went through the seamless process of applying to have my gold appraised. They mailed out my packet, I received it a few days later, inserted my broken gold in it and mailed it out. Just a few short days later, I was given a generous offer, I accepted and boom, done.

Don't take the first offer I did not like that I had to negotiate for the best price. Maybe I misunderstood how you value the price of gold that is sent in for assessment. However, I did think the communication was excellent. Email replies were very quick and friendly. I had two phone conversations. I believe that I spoke with the same person each time. She was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated her ability to address my concerns efficiently and satisfactorily. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
