However, I did think the communication was excellent. Email replies were very quick and friendly. I had two phone conversations. I believe that I spoke with the same person each time. She was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated her ability to address my concerns efficiently and satisfactorily. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
