Don't take the first offer I did not like that I had to negotiate for the best price. Maybe I misunderstood how you value the price of gold that is sent in for assessment. However, I did think the communication was excellent. Email replies were very quick and friendly. I had two phone conversations. I believe that I spoke with the same person each time.
