Anytime I've had an issue, you all have been very, quick responding in a few minutes, literally. Plus my issue was resolved very quickly as well, in less than 30 minute.

STB Challenge = Better Trader This challenge has made me a better trader by enforcing risk management and proper use of psychology. How can I be so sure ? This was my 5th attempt! I was able to find a comfortable lot size and pass the challenge by focusing on a daily goal. The Daily loss and max loss value kept me from revenge trading and forced me to review every trade I took (It is important to understand your why!!! ). Thank you Swaggy and Team for the opportunity! I just purchased the $50k funding I just purchased the $50k funding. I will be starting the challenge as soon as all accounts are set up. Looking forward to trying this out and hoping it’s legit.
