William DeVane should be ashamed The purchase was fine of course, they were getting my money, the sell back has been atrocious bordering on a rip-off scam. Rosland held my monies from the sale for 30 days before sending me a check that their own bank will not release the funds for. My bank has put an 11 day hold on my deposit, as I explained to the associate, I needed those funds immediately, but then had to wait 30 days from the time they received the coins I sold back, only to get a bum check... what a farse

Bad experience returning my coins Sold my gold coins was told it would take two months to get my check. Had to call to see what happened to the check My agent had no clue thought I received my check had to look into what was going on. I was told the wrong information by my agent and the person looking into the matter. Very poor communication on everyone handling the returns of my coins from shipping them to contacting me that there was a problem when they were received from the warehouse. The outcome was I finally received a check but not the full value of the coins I shipped, It seems coins were missing, and no one told me they were missing until I asked why I wasn't receiving the full value the outcome was there was nothing they could do for me. Was very unhappy with this company will never deal with them again.
