GBflexibility I was told it cannot be linked to Mint due to safety reasons. However, Mint has been linked in numerous financial firms safely. Surely I cannot argue with the safety side, but I am not sure the availability of this choice should be a problem. Also, I expect to see a broader coverage of market.

GBI love the fact that I can invest in… I love the fact that I can invest in real estate. I live in Hawaii and the pricing over here to even get started is unreasonably high. Just a few reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is for: as a beginner in real estate investing I wish we had more of an option on properties to invest in (more then single-family homes). I see a lot of potential in the multi-family homes as well as condos which include student dorms for college, traveling nurses, etc. A few that caught my eye was in Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis and Atlanta. Other then that, I'd hope to get better insight on how much of a payment is distributed to the investor unless I misunderstood the information listed. Overall an amazing app and loving it. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

GBVery Happy with Response… Rui Wang with ARK7 scheduled a meeting with me to answer my questions. She made me feel comfortable as new investor to Ark7 and went above and beyond explaining how Ark7 works. She was very informative, and as a result I will be most likely investing in more properties in the near future.

GBThe shares are not adding up I’m having a hard time trying to understand something. If a property is listed at 20$ per share with a max of 20k shares available that’s 400k in shares being made. Where is all that money going? Because from my understanding investors only make money off the monthly rental payments. So if I want to buy 100k worth of shares how can you accurately compensate my investment. Ex. I pay 100k in shares at a 4.24% cash distribution and 8 year holding period im estimating to garner 35k annually at that rate (not included property appreciation) so that averages at $2,900 a month but the monthly rent is $1,200. How is this possible i need help understanding this before I invest that much money

GBThey earned my trust I bought a few shares as a test trial and came across some questions regarding dividends. The support team was able to give me very on point answers and even provided the calculations in order to clarify the confusion and most importantly build trust. Great system!
