GBI'm a newbie to real estate… I'm a newbie to real estate investments. Ark7 is easy to use and does a good job of introducing investors to the process. They are transparent regarding which investment properties are available, and what their current rates of return are.

GBflexibility I was told it cannot be linked to Mint due to safety reasons. However, Mint has been linked in numerous financial firms safely. Surely I cannot argue with the safety side, but I am not sure the availability of this choice should be a problem. Also, I expect to see a broader coverage of market.
