I like the concept of investing but… I like the concept of investing but it’s not worth the time. Monthly earned gain$ are very minimal less than $.50/mo. Yet I’ve purchased several shares in several properties. Nonetheless, this is my 1st month earning gain$. I will see how it grows in the next 2-3 months. If. I thing happens im out.

I enjoyed the platform when i first… I enjoyed the platform when i first joined. There were multiple property options at a much lower price point ($20). I also liked that the distribution for each property was proudly displayed and searchable. - Secondary Marketplace should also be sortable for distribution. - Total Value - should reflect any loss/gains that my current portfolio have based on current secondary market pricing.

I love the fact that I can invest in… I love the fact that I can invest in real estate. I live in Hawaii and the pricing over here to even get started is unreasonably high. Just a few reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is for: as a beginner in real estate investing I wish we had more of an option on properties to invest in (more then single-family homes). I see a lot of potential in the multi-family homes as well as condos which include student dorms for college, traveling nurses, etc. A few that caught my eye was in Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis and Atlanta. Other then that, I'd hope to get better insight on how much of a payment is distributed to the investor unless I misunderstood the information listed. Overall an amazing app and loving it.
