Though it took some time, their team managed to revive my account and provided exceptional support throughout the process. I truly appreciate their dedication and assistance during this challenging time

GBGetting better In my opinion not as bad as people are writing lately. Launch was rough but minus a few bugs the Dx platform has been getting the job done fine in my experience. I do miss the customer support from before and hope they come back soon instead of the bots in their support chat. My bug Example: as of 3/28 my account gave the disabled error and unable to modify or close any my positions, nor get ahold of anyone. Besides that overall admittedly satisfied so far.

GBFinally was able to take a trade. Finally was able to take a trade.. I just wish it didnt take so long for the unlocking of the account. Had to wait until rocket sent the agreement to me. and had a verification process that I had to do...I have to say that customer service not great on rocket21 website but the trust pilot response team is a 10/10.. Lets see if I can get a payout. will keep updates. Thankyou again for fixing my account rocket

GBA truly repulsive deed It has been a week and I haven't received anything yet. They are doing all they can to stop me stacking up. I will get my lawyer involved now. Never before has it taken (Elite Echelon) this long to get me credited, they have continually proven to be the most effective.
