All good now They could do with improving customer relations as the move from challenge phases to funded accounts took over a week but they got there in the end. Just need to work on that live chat which isn’t live, but overall I am happy now and have started trading my funded account

A truly repulsive deed It has been a week and I haven't received anything yet. They are doing all they can to stop me stacking up. I will get my lawyer involved now. Never before has it taken (Elite Echelon) this long to get me credited, they have continually proven to be the most effective.

Had to wait until rocket sent the agreement to me. and had a verification process that I had to do...I have to say that customer service not great on rocket21 website but the trust pilot response team is a 10/10..
