GBWorst Costumer Service Ever! Worst Prop firm in the world!!! The worst costumer service ever! in the website down in the right corner its a little bottom that say "LIVE CHAT", but no one help you, its just a bot with a bunch of pre fix bottoms that kinda guide you to the frequently questions. is not a place that you can talk with a human being or so! Its no a space where you can write your questions or chat box! or costumer service email where someone will answer you latter. also is you don"t find the answer thru those topics bottoms your only options is go back to main menu and start all over again... also since they emigrate to DXtrades with Voyage platform they have higher porcentaje of spread, commission and fee for trade, SL doesn't work properly, I open a trade and move my SL to break even, and after the news I lost twice of the amount that i was risking! don't lose your money its no worthy

GBGetting better In my opinion not as bad as people are writing lately. Launch was rough but minus a few bugs the Dx platform has been getting the job done fine in my experience. I do miss the customer support from before and hope they come back soon instead of the bots in their support chat. My bug Example: as of 3/28 my account gave the disabled error and unable to modify or close any my positions, nor get ahold of anyone. Besides that overall admittedly satisfied so far.

SIOne of the worst prop forms there is One of the worst prop forms there is. Very bad spreads, bad support, and everything is bad. Just go to another prop firm and don't get close to this one. 3/4 5 starts reviews are fake. In one trade my SL hit when the price was 35 pips away from SL and there was 0 news.

GBI have 200k funded I have 200k funded. 200k phase 2 and 200k phase 2. Everything has run smooth, I have gotten my accounts, although a little rougher lately due to loosing mt4 and switching platform, however rocket21 has made sure that everyone is compensated & have been fixing issues nonstop. Respect. Can’t wait for my first withdrawal in a couple of days.
