Great Experience !!! My experience was greater than I could have ever imagined. Coming into this business with little to no knowledge I could not have asked for a better person to work with John held all my fears and worries in his hands and made himself available to me round the clock. I was so comfortable and at ease knowing he was handling everything. I am more knowledgeable about my business and have more help now than I could have ever imagined. Great experience !!

AWESOME ALEX SANCHEZ WAS AMAZING. VERY HELPFUL BY TOOK TIME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME PIECE BY PIECE. MY CREDIT WOULD NOT SHOW BUT, HE DIDN'T GIVE UP ON ME. HE TRIED AND TRIED UNTIL HE GOT RESULTS. HE TOLD ME TO STAY IN TOUCH JUST IN CASE I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. MOST IMPORTANTLY WE WENT OVER THE CONCTRACT GIVING ME FULL UNDERSTANDING EACH SECTION.

eCapital is very easy to work with and transparent about their abilties I was with another factoring company that wasn't a good fit for me. I found eCapital and decided to switch over. I was sold on the expertise of Ryan to join. He was very open and easy to work with, then I met with Meagan over emails and phone calls. She is a sheer delight to work with, her patience, knowledge and kindness is so refreshing. I'm happy to be a part of eCapital.
